A space heater can be used like this, however, we would recommend allowing the heater to cool down after every 8 hours use. Please also note, a space heater should NEVER be left unattended.
- Can a space heater be used in a workshop?
Only if the workshop is well ventilated - a space heater should NEVER be used in an enclosed space.
- How should you maintain your space heater?
- Clean the electrodes; replace as necessary.
- Remove any carbon deposits from the combustion chamber.
- Refer to the operating manual for your specific model of space heater.

- What should you do if your space heater won't start?
- Check the fuse in the plug
- Check the internal fuse on the control panel

- Flush fuel system every 200 hours, or as required

- Clean and re-gap the electrodes after every 600 hours of operation
- Clean photocell at least once every heating season
- Clean fuel filter at least twice every heating season
- What should I do if my heater is not burning efficiently?
- Clean or replace the air filter
- Clean or replace the fuel filter
- Flush fuel lines
- Clean air intakes
- If the unit has not been used for some time, drain fuel tank and replace with fresh fuel.
